BOOKING POLICIES
CONSULTATIION REQUIRED FOR EXTENSIONS:
All new sets of extensions can only be booked after a consultation done prior to your appointment
Deposit required:
There is a Non-refundable deposit for every new set of extensions. If you reschedule or cancel the deposit is forfeighted.
Cancellations:
New Sets of extensions cannot be cancelled without losing your deposit. Any other service will require 1 week notice at a 50% cancellation feee and no show fees are 100% of the service price.
Running late:
Any later then 15 minutes past your appointment time witll be considered a no show. You also may be have to reschedule if there is a client after you.
re-do appointments:
I do not offer re-do appointments for extensions. Color ree-dos must be booked within 1 week of the service. Anything beyond that will be considered a new service.
